Jennifer Lopez is all that interests us at the moment. After surprising us all on Sunday with a photo posted to her Instagram of her lying in bed looking blissfully happy, alongside the caption “Sadie! #iykyk [if you know, you know’]it was quickly confirmed that the singer had married former flame Ben Affleck at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas.

Since then, we’ve developed a deep fascination with everything about Jennifer Lopez, from her wedding manicure shade to her incredible fashion prowess.

The star is currently honeymooning with her new hubby in Paris before preparing to have a lavish wedding for family and friends at Ben’s mansion in Georgia (excited, are we?). J-Lo recently gave her fans a much-wanted glimpse into her morning routine, sharing the feel-good ritual she never misses in the morning. The star revealed: “Right outside my shower I have a little box of affirmation cards. This is the affirmation card I took out today, it says, ‘Your success and happiness lies within you . Decide to stay happy and you and your joy and you will form an invincible army against difficulties.

“I will resolve to stay happy no matter what. It’s a promise you make to yourself. My success and happiness rests with me,” she said of the card. “I’m feeding my soul with affirmation, not looking at my phone yet. I’m just preparing for the day with the right intentions and the right thoughts, feeling positive.”

Speaking about her stalwart beauty hack during an interview on Live with Kelly and Ryan in January 2021, she shared, “The only thing I’ve done since my late teens/early twenties is wear sunscreen Lots of people don’t use it every day and only wear it when the weather is really nice or when they go to the beach, but I was lucky because a dermatologist told me said very early on to put on sunscreen every day.”

A clean lifestyle

J-Lo said famous American weekly that she does not drink alcohol or caffeine and abstains from smoking. “It really destroys your skin as you get older,” she said.
